5mm草帽LED是一種發(fā)光二極管，能夠?qū)㈦娔苻D(zhuǎn)換為光能，他具有高效，低功率壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于家電指示燈珠、室內(nèi)照明、交通指示燈珠
他的外觀(guān)
5mmLED的外觀(guān)是草帽型號(hào)，直徑為5mm,長(zhǎng)度4.8mm表面有金屬引腳，可以通過(guò)焊接和插接與電路鏈接
發(fā)光顏色：5mmLED紅色、藍(lán)色。綠色黃色
膠體顏色：紅、藍(lán)、綠、黃、透明等
發(fā)光強(qiáng)度：是指單位面積內(nèi)LED所發(fā)射的光功率，通常用MCD表示，不同發(fā)光顏色
亮度等級(jí)也不同
一般功率是：0.06W工作電壓是1.8-3.6V
工作電流：200ma這里的工作

注意事項(xiàng)

一、If you need pin to be bent because of design:
1、The lead frame can only be bent or cut when it is 3mm or above away from the colloid.
2、The molding of material if needed must be finished before soldering, while molding the PIN is not allowed to be the fulcrum and must be finished by professional with fixture;
3、Lead frame molding must guarantee that the space between lead is same as Circuitry Board
4、High voltage static electricity could be produced while molding the Pin because of vibration friction of machine, so the machine must be reliably grounding (By way of blowing ion fan to eliminate static electricity)
二、Soldering Condition：
1、Do not conduct the electricity while soldering the LED
2、Do not forces while the lead are in the heating condition.
3、Max. soldering condition:
 Manual soldering： Wave soldering
Max. Power of iron: 30 W  Highest Warm up temperature：120℃
Highest Temperature: 300 ℃  Highest Dip soldering temperature 260 ℃
Longest Soldering time: 3 seconds Longest Dip soldering time: 5 seconds
Soldering position: Dip soldering position:
3mm above from the colloid base   3mm above from the colloid base.
三、Anti-static notice ：
1、All the LED instrument must be grounding
2、All the people, who are possible to touch the LED must wear anti-static wrists and gloves.
3、Any LED damaged by static will appear some bad characters, such as , leakage current increase, Static forward voltage decrease.
四、Over current protection：
1、Add protective resistor in series to make it work stable.
2、Resistor value formula: R=（VCC-VF）/IF（VCC is power supply voltage, VF is LED drive voltage, IF is forward current.）
五、Electrical performance test and application：
1、While testing VF, brightness and wavelength, the current must be set with 20mA; test VR, IR must be set with 10uA; Test IR, VR must be set with 5V.
2、Whiling testing and using LED, LED must be provided with the same current and tested by constant current source, and then we can make sure the brightness and consistency of other characteristics
3、LED used under the environment temperature between -30 ℃ ~＋60 ℃
4、When the products are well sorted, please do not use it to the same products with different classes or bag Numbers (Marked in the label), so as to avoid the color and brightness difference. If it is necessary to use with mix bags, please use strictly according to the sequence of bag number. (Not recommended to use like this)

一、如果由于設(shè)計(jì)原因需要彎曲引腳：

1、 引線(xiàn)框只有在距離膠體3mm或以上時(shí)才能彎曲或切割。

2、 如果需要，材料的成型必須在焊接前完成，而PIN的成型不允許作為支點(diǎn)，必須由專(zhuān)業(yè)人員用夾具完成；

3、 引線(xiàn)框成型必須保證引線(xiàn)之間的空間與電路板相同

4、 由于機(jī)器的振動(dòng)摩擦，在成型引腳時(shí)可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生高壓靜電，因此機(jī)器必須可靠接地（通過(guò)吹離子風(fēng)機(jī)消除靜電）

二、焊接條件：

1、 焊接LED時(shí)請(qǐng)勿導(dǎo)電

2、 導(dǎo)線(xiàn)處于加熱狀態(tài)時(shí)，請(qǐng)勿用力。

3、 最大。焊接條件：

手工焊接：波峰焊

熨斗最大功率：30W最高預(yù)熱溫度：120℃

最高溫度：300℃最高浸焊溫度260℃

最長(zhǎng)焊接時(shí)間：3秒最長(zhǎng)浸焊時(shí)間：5秒

距膠體基底3mm以上。

三、防靜電注意事項(xiàng)：

1、 所有LED儀表必須接地

2、 所有可能接觸LED的人都必須佩戴防靜電手腕和手套。

3、 任何被靜電損壞的LED都會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些不良特性，如漏電流增加、靜態(tài)正向電壓降低。

四、過(guò)電流保護(hù)：

1、 串聯(lián)增加保護(hù)電阻，使其工作穩(wěn)定。

2、 電阻值公式：R=（VCC-VF）/IF（VCC為電源電壓，VF為L(zhǎng)ED驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓，IF為正向電流。）

五、電氣性能測(cè)試和應(yīng)用：

1、 在測(cè)試VF、亮度和波長(zhǎng)時(shí)，電流必須設(shè)置為20mA；測(cè)試VR，IR必須設(shè)置為10uA；測(cè)試IR、VR必須設(shè)置為5V。

2、 Whiling測(cè)試和使用LED，LED必須提供相同的電流，并通過(guò)恒流源進(jìn)行測(cè)試，然后我們才能確保其他特性的亮度和一致性

3、 LED在-30℃～＋60℃的環(huán)境溫度下使用

4、 當(dāng)產(chǎn)品分類(lèi)良好時(shí)，請(qǐng)不要將其用于不同類(lèi)別或袋號(hào)的同一產(chǎn)品（在標(biāo)簽中標(biāo)記），以避免顏色和亮度差異。如果必須與混合袋一起使用，請(qǐng)嚴(yán)格按照袋號(hào)的順序使用。（不建議這樣使用
